Ancient Hatred formed in Tampere in 2007 and stayed active in Finnish black metal with death, melancholy, and depressive themes. The band issued full-lengths, a reissue, and a later single through Astral Nightmare Productions. Its catalog traced a steady line from early underground work to later releases.
